Welcome to the 2013 Rendezvous

On Friday, Friends groups descended on Bend, OR to celebrate the National Conservation Lands, to network and share stories.  Over 180 participants from around the nation arrived at the River house located on the Deschutes River ready for a full weekend.

Friday opened with a round of success stories from the participants, followed by a talk on the State of the National Conservation Lands by Brian O’Donnell.  Our keynote speaker of the evening was Jaime Pinkham.  Jamie is member of the Nez Perce Tribe and spoke eloquently about our natural lands, open space and our connection with our nations wildlife.

Thanks for all the attendees who traveled to Bend to make this the best Rendezvous yet!
